Best realtor agent I have ever had. Very knowledgeable, smart, PATIENT, looks out for the best interest of the customer. Tells you straight up the cons and pros, very quick to respond your concerns via phone, text or e-mail, very respectful, and knows the Lubbock Texas area extremely well. And I felt that he wants to make sure the customer gets the best possible deal out of their money. He will also sent me Listings as they come available, (almost everyday) he will also create a home listing file just for your preferences and also will search for Listings customers find to see the actual status of the sale. He will not push you into buying anything you dont like. And at the end of closing he made sure I had all the information needed to get my utilities services started, like phone numbers of the companies and choices available. Defenetly went above and beyond to help me and my family find our home. Very honest too, Hard to find these days. Thank you Larry Leivas 😁
