We were put in contact with Kyle initially when we were attempting to find a rental house in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Kyle went all in and helped us over multiple weekends with searches and showings, always very in tune with our criteria for a home. After realizing rentals were a significant investment with no return on the monthly rent, we shifted to purchasing a home as an investment and Kyle shifted seamlessly with us and helped us dial into a specific neighborhood and was always ready and available to answer questions on the purchasing process. He kept us in the information loop at all times and went above and beyond communicating with us and the sellers realtor. He has continuously checked on us after the sale and we plan to contact Kyle when were ready to resale the house in 3 to 5 years. We cannot recommend him more highly, excellent knowledge, communication and genuine empathy for his clients.

Buying a home was so scary for me since I had to buy a home sight unseen since I lived in California and needed one right away but thanks to Kyle & Christian’s endlessly looking and doing walkthroughs while FaceTiming me made me very comfortable that they had my best interest at heart. They really work hard to get you what you want and at the best price possible. I absolutely LOVE my new home in Texas and I definitely recommend Kyle Vance if your looking for a Texas home 😊

When I made the move to Texas, like anyone, I had a fair amount of questions and uncertainty. Kyle was there every step of the way to provide answers and shed a light on everything. While it wasn’t like I was moving across the street, he helped make the process as painless as possible and feel like it was as simple as that. He provided a list of properties that he recommended based off of what I told him I was looking for and even accompanied me to view them. He listened to my input and helped me find a great place that was a perfect fit for the needs of my family. I can’t recommend using Kyle as your realtor enough.

I just bought my first home a few weeks ago through Kyle. He was the first person I thought of when wanting to buy my first home. Kyle and I had been looking for months before we found the one I bought. He was so helpful when we would see different houses. He would point out things that I didn’t notice or that may be important to me down the road. We went through many offers and rejections, saw houses in between work and family, but ultimately the house meant for me was such a smooth process. Kyle is very knowledgeable about this business and was always quick to answer questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. We have only worked with Kyle to find a rental but he will be our first call when we are ready to buy! He is incredibly attentive, responsive, reliable, and honest. There isnt much upside to rentals for RE agents, but even then, he gave us 100%.
