The home buying process is complex. For first time home buyers, to whom it’s not only complex but also completely foreign, the path becomes even more daunting, if not impossible.When my wife and I first starting looking for property in Dallas, Kyle was recommended to us as the best person to talk to.Even though we weren’t very far into the process when we first reached out, Kyle asked us questions that helped us to narrow down the types of items that were important to us in a property and better understand our options. He put us in touch with useful contacts to get started and kept on the lookout for properties that matched our needs.When we wanted to visit a property, Kyle quickly got us scheduled for tours so we could quickly make decisions and not miss out on opportunities. He was easy to reach for any questions no matter how seemingly insignificant or straightforward. Kyle’s full service attitude and attention to detail made us feel comfortable that we were jot overlooking anything in our search and eventual purchase. My wife and I were referred to Kyle from a friend who had bought his home from Kyle around 2015. Our experience with Kyle in 2020 was excellent. Over 6 months, Kyle successfully guided us through our first buying experience, and we closed on our new home 10/30/20. We did not make it easy on Kyle, as we had to learn the market for the first time and we changed our minds multiple times for what we wanted in our first home. In the end, we found a fantastic home that we are excited to make our own. Kyle is consistently professional, patient, engaging, understanding, responsive, considerate, attentive, and we now consider Kyle and his wife friends that we hope to stay close with in the future. We became a close-knit team and like family over these 6-months during our learning process and buying experience. For all the changes we threw at Kyle and his team, and the ups and downs and close calls we had on other homes in the competitive Dallas market, Kyle always made us feel important and a priority. Never did we feel like a burden, although Im sure we were at times! Kyle and his team offer a robust home search tool that we were able to customize to the area of town and type of home we wanted. When we found our home in the competitive Mockingbird Elementary area in Dallas, Kyle had alerted us within 5 minutes of the listing and successfully scheduled a showing 90 minutes later that night, so that we were the first party in. At this point, our team was a well-oiled machine thanks to Kyle, and we submitted an offer that night within 5 hours of the listing to be the first offer in! Kyle was respectful of our freedom to choose who to use for our lender, inspector, and others; however, we leaned heavily on Kyle for his recommendations of who to use and with Kyles extensive knowledge, success, and reputation in DFW, Kyle can offer great recommendations and we had an outstanding team including our lender and inspector. Thanks to Kyles guidance, we felt confident and in good hands during our closing process that was completed within 30 days with no surprises or stress. At the day of our closing, Kyle and his wife surprised us with a congratulatory basket with personalized items including my wifes and my college alma maters. I would recommend Kyle 100% of the time if you are looking for a realtor in the Dallas area. He helped us out multiple times as we moved into the Dallas area as well as when we moved back to California. Kyle Baugh helped me purchase my very first home this February (2021) in the middle of a pandemic, during a very intense real estate market. I spent weeks looking for a real estate agent who was knew the popular Dallas Neighborhoods, had experience with construction and renovation, and who would have my best interest in mind. When I found Kyle, told him I would shop around and come back to him once I made up my mind. I couldnt find anyone better, and Im so glad I met him. He always texted or emailed within minutes, or at the latest, on the same day. He negotiated to help me get the best prices. He put me in contact with amazing lenders, plumbers, inspectors, electricians, the whole lot! He is honest, he has great connections, and he will go above and beyond to help you get your home. I was a very complicated buyer, and he was patient and made sure everything was taken care of. I will be returning to him in the future if I ever need to buy another home!
