Kim Stewart did an amazing job helping us find the right home in a great neighborhood and purchase it for only 1% over asking price in this absolutely crazy sellers market. She took the time to listen to our priorities and needs, stayed in constant communication, researched the market and neighborhoods, went to other experienced individuals on her team for advice and tactics to give us an edge over the competition, and truly invested herself personally in our search. She displayed the utmost professionalism combined with personal care and dedication that really made it feel like we had not only an experienced, savvy agent, but one who went the extra mile(s) to ensure our success and cared deeply about the outcome. We couldnt have had a better agent!
