I cannot really put into words how grateful and blessed I was to have Kristin as my realtor. Leaving a home that meant everything to me was so hard. So that means I was very picky on where I wanted to set down new roots.Kristin helped see the positives in every showing we went to and also had the patience to understand my reservations about them.But in the end we found a home that helped me to let go and start my new beginning ✨️Kristin doesnt miss anything even the smallest details. Like getting me a custom puzzle made from a picture of my farm that meant the world to me. Kristin was an absolute joy to work with. We reached out to her on a Friday evening and by Sunday afternoon we were looking at 4 different houses with her. She works quickly, is very professional, super knowledgable, easy to communicate with (and quick to respond) and is a wonderful human on top of it all. She was so very helpful and so positive to work with. We decided on July 3rd we wanted to make an offer and she gave up her holiday to make it happen for us. She worked tirelessly to make sure we got exactly what we wanted all while having a smile on her face and the kindest responses to us. We felt genuinely loved and cared for and you can tell she has a passion not only her job but her clients as well. She made the whole process easy and fun for us and we couldnt have asked for a more perfect fit!

I don’t even know where to start…If I could give 10 stars instead of 5 I would in a heart beat! Kristin Koonce is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She was literally BORN to be an agent!! This was mine and my husbands first time buying a home so we knew hardly anything about the process. Kristin answered every single question we had (and yes there were some dumb ones) with all the patience in the world. It didn’t matter what time of day or day of the week, she was always very quick to respond. If something needed to be done, she had it done before you could even think about what you were doing next. Kristen is the best RE agent I have ever had! Being from a military family we have bought and sold several houses ... I would say Im hard to impress... AND she did it! Kristen deserves your business. She works on your side of the deal making it all seem effortless. No question is a dumb question. And all questions are answered in full detail. You dont play 20 questions, because she anticipates what youre going to ask. She is attentive, and this girl makes it all ok. Even if your like me and find it hard to let go of a house you love. She is understanding. Never pushy. Now, I moved out of state, but I know that if she was helping me look for a house, her upbeat personality would make your experience fun. She doesnt make decisions for you but she ask you the right questions so you can make those decisions yourself. She is patient and kind. Dont look any further, YOU FOUND YOUR AGENT!
