Kristin Bagwell takes customer service to the next level! My husband and I could not have picked a better realtor! Her perky personality just made the process that much more enjoyable. We had always heard about how stressful home buying is but Kristin truely made it a walk in the park. She is quick and happy to explain every step of the home buying process (especially in laymans terms for us regular folk) she worked closely with our lender and really helped us to understand that portion of the process as well. To put it straight forward, Kristin is simply the best! If you’re looking for someone who truly cares, Kristin is it! It was my first time selling a home and I had no clue what I was doing, but she made the whole process easy and was there to walk me through every step along the way. Her and her husband, Josh, even went out of their way and bought and installed wooden post that were needed in order to pass inspection. They even offered to help me with other things that needed to be done. At closing she brought me a sweet little card and gift. Words can’t express how thankful I am to have had her there helping me with everything. She truly has a heart of gold and is just amazing! Thank you, Kristin for all you did for me and my kids!

Im a single mom of 3 kids, 3 horses, and 4 dogs that had to find a new home for the whole family. I contacted Kristin for help and we found a few places that would work, but they just werent the place. She told me to hang in there and she would find us the perfect place and she did!!! I couldnt be happier with my new home and with my home purchasing experience! This was my first time buying a house all by myself, so to say I was scared and nervous is an understatement. When I reached out to her I didn’t even think it would be possible for us to buy a home and thought to just ask questions to be ready in a few years.
