Here is my long overdue review of my experience working with Best of Austin Living:As homebuyers, the process can be overwhelming and daunting, especially with how competitive the market is in Austin. From the get-go, we could sense the professionalism and care that the team showed, and we knew we were in good hands. Kristie went above and beyond by taking us through her concerns, feedback on the market in general, and gave us sound advice that made sense each step of the way.She was crucial in helping us get the price to fit within our budget and made sure we as buyers were protected throughout the transaction. Even during the inspection process, Kristie sounded like she knew as much, if not more than the home inspector himself. Kristie is a remarkable realtor. First, she was there when I needed her with information on houses in my desired neighborhoods. Then she did an INCREDIBLE job negotiating with the seller. She is the reason I won the bid against 5 other offers, including some that were all-cash (mine wasnt). She worked with me to design an attractive offer. Then she was FANTASTIC at working through the repair and other contract issues and getting us to close. I never want another realtor. I may have to look into kidnapping her to take her with me when I move and buy property out of state.😍
