I would highly recommend Kristi Sims as your realtor! She scheduled multiple homes in our price range with the options we wanted for us to see. She was quick to point out any problems she knew of or saw during our walk thru. The home we chose had multiple hurtles to get past due to the seller. Kristi worked with us over the next 4 months keeping us updated on the sellers progress. We have closed on our forever home and couldn’t be happier.Our thanks go out to Kristi Sims for all her hard work and patience.

Kristi is an amazing realtor! I wouldnt work with anyone else. She was kind, understanding, listened to my wants, and went the extra mile to find me the perfect home. When selling my home, she used multiple ways of marketing it and even in a slow market got me top dollar for my home. She is attentive and communicates often to ensure that I was well informed!
