Kris did an amazing job as our realtor! We werent sure if we wanted to build a house or purchase and we were all over the metroplex in our interest in where we wanted to reside. Kris was patient with us while we figured it out. She never rushed us and was happy to show us any house in any area eventhough we couldve made the decision to build at any time.We found our dream house and Kris was on it with the negotiations! She was very responsive, creative and went to bat for us! With the market at a volatile high, we put in our carefully crafted, creative bid thinking it wouldnt be chosen because of multiple offers. Kris called us the next morning and told us to break out the champagne, our offer was accepted!The whole process was so seamless and we felt totally taken care of with Kris on our side.
