I highly recommend Koshy as a realtor. He is a genuinely good human being and very dependable. He helped support my family and I throughout the purchasing process. He has honestly gone above and beyond what I could ever expect of a realtor, specifically I needed help with transportation from the airport to the closing and final walk through and Koshy was gracious enough to pick me up at the airport, transport me around, and then drop me back at the airport the next day. That meant a lot to me and even though I only met Koshy less than 2 months ago working with him has felt like I had a caring family member looking out for me and there to support me. If I could, I would give Koshy 10 stars out of 5.

Koshy is an amazing, personable, resourceful realtor! From our transition from out of state into a rental apartment and eventually finding our forever home that was affordable and functional, Koshy helped us understand the pros & cons of different builders and locations in the area. He took the time to drive down four hours to meet us to look at homes. He helped us stay within the budget we were looking for and helped by setting up appointments for us to meet with the sales reps with different apartments and eventually with builders. He also helped our daughter find her first apartment near her college campus. I would highly recommend Koshy for all your property needs. Will definitely work with him again in the future. Koshy in an exceptional realtor who laid the ground work for my family and I as we transitioned from California. Every step of the purchase he was proactive in guiding me through the purchase of a new home and helped me clinch a deal with a local builder to reduce the sales price by 10%. Others that stood out for me were his depth and mastery in his profession ranging from negotiation, financing, construction, closing, and conceirge services. Over and beyond he cares for the customer and does not make it transactional. We leveraged his services for rental also prior to moving and even gave me some tips on selling my California property before moving to Texas! I will highly recommend him.

Koshy really cares about his customers and is very knowledgeable of what he is doing. He helped my wife and I choose the perfect property. We trusted his expertise in finding us a property without physically seeing it. Our Initial visit to Houston we found a house that we wanted. The deal didn’t go through and we ended up going back to our hometown. Everything worked out for us because all we had to do was search for a home online and Koshy would check it out for us and tell us if it was worth it to buy. He is very reliable. You can tell he loves what he does because everything went smoothly. I was 100 percent satisfied with the way he handled things and when I purchase another property it will most definitely be with him!

This was my first experience of buying a house. I talked with another realtor before Mr. Koshy, that realtor was kinda lazy. Mr. Koshy, however, was very energetic and showed us several options, tailored to our needs, as we needed to close within a month or so. He answered all the questions, I had, whenever I called or texted. He made the experience much simpler. He always did his homework and gave you guidance through the negotiation process. Wow...Where do I start. Koshy is saved on my phone list as My Realtor...My Angel. He truly deserved that title. He was patient, reliable, dedicated, inspirational. He was awesome I have dealt with realtors in the past for leases and it wasn’t a great experience. I met Koshy on Facebook in December of 2018. Met him the next day and he showed me a new subdivision and I was approve right a way by the builder. I wanted to give up on the Homebuyer process three times. Koshy responded almost immediately & said he had one we could borrow. I was not home that day, so Koshy asked for our address & he delivered it! I thought I might need it an additional day, & he told me that I could keep it as long as I needed it! He was extremely polite & very professional in all of our communications.
