Kimberly is awesome! She is knowledgeable, kind, and communicates really well. We had a delay with the lender for the sale of my home and she went up to bat for me and got things done. Kimberly is ASTOUNDING! My roommate and I are looking to rent but its been a difficult process. Wed talked to a couple of realtors before coming across her, and none of them were as quick to respond, as consistent, or as friendly as she is. She doesnt BS and shes very assertive with landlords about wacky stuff on the listings (which we appreciate because we are both very timid.) Shes also honest! We found a place we wanted to check out that, apparently, didnt deal with outside realtors. She still graciously gave us the contact information for the property.11/10 would recommend her if youre looking for someone that ACTUALLY wants to help you find a place to live.
