Kimberly is an amazing realtor! My husband and I originally met her over two years ago. We realized back then we weren’t quite ready for a house yet always remembered how kind and helpful Kimberly was. Fast forward two years, we are interested in purchasing a home. There is one complication though: both my husband and I are now stationed in Korea. Kimberly helped make this house buying process simple and stress-free. From late night phone calls to facetimes showing us different homes, Kimberly always went beyond what was needed to help find the perfect home. We cannot thank Kimberly enough. We are so grateful to have met her.

We were only “looking” at a house that caught our attention. We had outgrown our home and we were thinking about the future. We were expecting our third child in less than 6 weeks, there was no way we could be ready to buy a new home. We were wrong, and finding Kim as our realtor was so RIGHT! Kim basically spoon fed us all the information we needed to know about simultaneously selling our home and buying a new one. Her knowledge and experience allowed us to price our home just right and we were under contract the same day our house was listed. Not to mention she helped us find a new build with great incentives. She is professional with a down to earth personality. Kim made this entire process seemless. Now we are getting ready to bring in the holidays with our new baby to the family in our new home and couldn’t be happier! We are very grateful to have found her as our realtor.

I had the best experience working with Kimberly, when I started my home buying process. I really didn’t know much about it at all. She was super helpful throughout the entire process helping me through it and explained how everything worked. I never had a hard time reaching her or getting answers to any questions. We looked at tons of homes together some of them repeatedly and now I have my house and I’m super happy with it! I highly recommend Going with this girl! You won’t be disappointed .

Kimberly Bell was amazing to work with! I used her in my team for a first time home purchase coming all the way from California to Texas. She was very responsive, available even when it was last minute, the closing process was amazing considering I travel for work and never have time to stay on top of things, she came through and made it happened. We literally booked a last minute showing, I almost missed my flight back, but that home we saw last minute was the home that turned out to be the one. Because of her effort, availability, and perseverance. We made it happened, I truly believe this home purchase may have not happened, if it was not for Kimberly! Words cannot explain my gratitude for Kim!
