I was looking for the right realtor to help me sell my home, that’s when I met Kevin. Kevin explained the process to me step-by-step. He said my situation was unique but that he would be happy to help. He explained how much money I would receive from the sale of my home and how much money I would have left over to purchase a new one. He is a very knowledgeable and very hard-working realtor. I can’t begin to explain how much he did for me while getting my house ready to sell but, trust me, it was a lot! He put my house on the market on a Thursday and on Tuesday I was under contract with my buyer. We would be closing in 15 days! This process was happening so quickly that I was scared that I might not find a new home fast enough. Kevin told me not to worry because he had negotiated with the buyers to allow me to live there for free for four weeks after we closed. Amazing! He started showing me homes and advising me on so many things to consider when moving. Two weeks after closing the sale on my house, I purchased my dream home; the home that Kevin found me! My situation was actually very complex and he handled it all like a pro! He did an amazing job and I think he’s the best realtor! I would definitely use him again and I highly recommend him. Kevin is a super awesome realtor!! I have dealt with several different realtors in the past years and most of them have Not been great experiences.. Kevin is a very hardworking realtor that will do everything possible to make a sell or buy go thru. So if you are thinking about selling or looking to buy a property give Kevin a shot. Cant say enough good about Kevin. Much more that the suit & tie guy seen with his professional appearance. This man has literally changed into a t-shirt and jeans to get things done so his client would be treated fairly! Hes a man, not just an agent. If you have the pleasure of doing business with this Gentleman, take a little time to talk and get to know him.. you wont be sorry!

Wonderful person. Helped us find a rental and got us in within 5 days of meeting him. Broke everything down for us and made it easy to understand. Can’t wait to buy through Kevin when it’s a better time to buy
