Kenedy stayed on top of the selling process from the moment we listed our home with her. She contacted me with showings before the computer system had time to call. She made sure there was an ample supply of masks and hand sanitizer to make visitors feel more comfortable. As soon as we had negotiated and accepted the contract with the buyer she assisted with getting all paperwork that was needed for the closing process. So glad we were able to work with Kenedy!
