To find your family a home while you’re on the other side of the country, she will record YouTube videos for showings, drive on icy roads for hundreds of miles, go to your inspection and even do your final walk thru if needed. We worked with her on the sell of our home and purchase of our new home and to say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. Kelli was there with us every step of the way and was patient with our questions and concerns. She has great connections as well that helped us get our house market ready within a budget. You will not get this level of service and attention by going with a big box realtor. Kelli and the Once Source team are top notch! -

She was able to get us to the point of getting house within a few weeks, helped immensely with communication with the builders and loan agency, and helped us every step of the way. She was able to help us spend way less on the house, and get our interest rate down. While the house was being built she was literally there more often than we were. I couldn’t imagine what would have happened without her, we would more than likely still be at our apartment! We cannot thank her enough for all she did for us!! -
