I cannot recommend Kathy enough as your realtor. Her experience and dedication made my home-buying process extremely smooth and stress-free. From understanding my preferences to negotiating a great deal, she went above and beyond for me every step of the way. Kathy is a true professional who genuinely cares about finding the perfect home for her clients, and I could not be happier with her helping me buy my first home! Kathy is the best in the business. Considering there’s so many realtors out there, I know it can be difficult deciding who to go with but Kathy truly serves her clients. There was never a moment where I did not feel like my best interest was in mind. Buying a home can be an overwhelming and scary process, however, Kathy was able to demonstrate her experience and made the process as seamless as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy and I will be working with her on any future real estate endeavors.

Kathy helped me find a property in Austin and I cant say enough positive things about working with her. She is extremely helpful and responsive. She was also very supportive, which was greatly appreciated in this crazy Austin market. In my search there were a few times were we had to update our strategy in order to be more competitive and get a winning offer; and her knowledge and support were essential for me to get on a winning side of the offers.All in all, as I said previously cant say enough positive things about Kathy and if I have to jump into this crazy real estate market again I would call Kathy again in a heart beat

I can tell she’s very knowledgeable about the market. My boyfriend and I brought a second house with Kathy and she does not disappoint! I would recommend her to any one who are looking to purchase a house in the Austin area. Being in this competitive market, its been really hard finding the perfect house and the perfect price. I am so glad we had Kathy who was always so patient with us. We were so picky as clients and but she always gave us her full attention. I could not be any happier with our house and If we were ever to buy another house, I would pick Kathy again!

Working with Kathy made my first time buying a home such a seamless experience. She went above and beyond to educate me throughout the process and was so knowledgeable about the Austin market. Kathy came up with an extremely creative offer that set my offer apart from others and helped me close on an amazing house. While we were looking at houses, I had a family emergency come up causing me to have to go out of town for a week. She went above and beyond to continue to find me a house and offered to tour them for me. I highly recommend working with Kathy if you’re buying or selling a home in the Austin area.

Austins real estate market is crazy right now. Kathy turned what I thought would be a months long process into a quick and simple one! She brought excellent houses to our attention and got us into houses we liked quickly. She coached us on our offer and we got a house on the first offer and did not have to pay over asking (which is unheard of right now)! She recommended great inspectors and ensured she came to the inspection as well to go over anything with us. She has continuously helped us even now after close. Highly recommended!

She supported our family navigate the school process for our children as well and connected us with resources to get the information we needed for our children. Austin is currently one of the most difficult buyers markets in the country, yet Kathy was still able to help us structure offers that landed us as preferred backups twice within 30 days and then we actually won on our third offer while still negotiating almost 20k below-ask. Thats like winning two silvers and a gold at a time where most buyers dont take the podium ;)Were about to move into our east-side bungalow in a neighborhood that we assumed to be priced out of two years ago. Im fairly confident that wed still be out there house hunting had we not given Kathy a call first!
