I don’t have enough kind words to say about Kathrin. As first time home buyers, we were very anxious about the home buying process. Kathrin became like family. She helped us find our dream home and was a master at her craft. We felt she truly had our best interest in mind, fought for us, was very responsive, and was the voice we needed throughout the process. Kathrin was a true professional in every aspect. I felt she truly wanted what was best for our family. We feel immensely grateful that we chose Kathrin to help us through this process and would work with her again and again. I am a first time home buyer and was a little worried of how the whole process was going to be. After my first meeting with Kathrin I felt really at ease. She is certified in so many things that I was confident she would be the best fit for me. She was great to work with! Although the process can be a bit stressful with all the things that need to be done I was never overwhelmed. She was present during all the home showings, she even scheduled some showings on Father’s Day when she could’ve taken that day off to celebrate with her husband! She always worked around my schedule and was present for the home inspection, and she always made sure I knew I could contact her any day at any time. My home-buying process went so smooth from beginning to end, I would 10/10 recommend her to anybody!

Kathrin helped us through the process of buying our first home. She was very responsive, helpful, and informative. We really appreciated that she was quick to respond to messages. We went with a new build and Kathrin took time to visit the home and check on the progress without us even asking her to. Her engineering background was also very helpful during inspections and if we had questions about the building process. Kathrin was also so willing to help when we had questions weeks after closing. She was wonderful.
