Can’t say enough good things about how Kathleen handled the sale of our house. Always responsive, always helpful in a very tough market for sellers. We had a seller back out last minute as well as a significant delay with the folks who eventually purchased the home. Kat held our hand through all of it. Without hesitation I highly recommend her.

Kathleen was amazing! We are moving from out of state, and the process was so intimidating, but when she offered to help it helped alleviate so much of the stress. She scheduled home tours and even did video tours for us until we found the right one when we couldn’t make it out. She was on our side fighting for our needs. We couldn’t have done this without her!!
