Where to start, where to start. Katherine Martinez is by far the best relator I could have ever met. When I contacted her and said Im looking for a home, she waisted no time and got right down to business. She also makes the process feel easier cause we all know its a long process, but her faith kept my mind on the goal I was going for and to never give up. She came through, and I got my first home for my family. When I tell you this woman knows , I really mean she knows what shes doing in her line of work, and she gets the job done. You really couldnt ask for anyone better. In the process, I made a lifelong friend whom I could go to when needed. Definitely give Katherine Martinez a call if you are looking for your forever home or even just a home or your first, second, or third home. Whatever it is, she will not let you down

She went above and beyond from the beginning of my home purchasing extravaganza until the very end of closing on the home with transparent and open communication. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to look Katherine up she is the best and I mean absolute best at what she does she got us into our dream home when we thought we didn’t have a chance her self and her team worked so hard to make our dream into a reality and my family and I are very grateful for there hard work she took care of my family and I with great interest treating us so nice from day one telling us she was going to make it happen and in four months she handed us the keys to our home!!!
