The amount of positive feedback I have for Katherine in my home buying process is inmeasurable. From looking at properties to closing day, she excelled in her expertise. Katherine made herself readily available to look at multiple properties I was interested in and provided her reasearched knowledge on each listing. She answered every question I would have along the way and if she didnt have the answer she would use her resources to get it for me. Katherine also provided me with a home buying checklist and recommendations on insurance and lending agents. Having these resources to refer to helped me have direction and feel organized in the process. When it came to closing day she was present and prepared with extra documents in hand. Katherine made buying my first home the most positive experience and I will defiantly be using her for any future residental properties.
