If you want an agent that cares about finding the right place for you Katherine is it. Katherine worked all hours of the day to find my family and I the perfect place to move into. She was fully prepare from start to finish. Katherine was there to help and answer questions for us at anytime. I can’t imagine anyone else going above and beyond for us in which she did. Katherine was one realtor that I had the pleasure to work with. She was very friendly and great at communicating as she is quick to respond. Kathie helped me negotiate a summer rental on a normally ‘long term’ rental. She was extremely helpful and quick to getting me moved in with my given situation. Also, while living there she assisted me with all questions I had about the apartment responding within minutes whether it was questions about hot water, internet, laundry, trash etc.. I really appreciated her professionalism and honesty throughout the move in process as well as living there. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a place on the island.
