Karla was unbelievable to work with. We went to 37 houses before landing on our adorable and perfect gem.She is brutally honest and refuses to let you fall for a house that isnt a good investment or structurally sound. It was such a relief to know that when we found a house that we liked, she would keep us grounded and looking towards the long term.And if she said it was good-- it was GOOD!She was patient and never made us feel like weve seen too many or needed to readjust our expectations. She just kept supporting us and helping us search, reminding us that well ALL know when we find the right one!She was 100% right! It was a no brainer for all 3 of us when we walked into the house we own now.On the backend-- She is SUPER organized and communicative and her specialty is getting her clients the best deal possible when its go time.We got into a multiple offer situation and she managed to talk the seller out of even looking at anyone elses offer and just decided to go with ours, even though it wasnt the highest and best on the table. Seriously. Well never know how she pulled that off but thats literally what happened.Love that women and cant wait to work with her again! It was just FUN...and no one told us it would be. :)

Karla is the best!!! As a first time homebuyer I was absolutely clueless as to what all was involved, it was intimidating but Karla made it a painless process. She was very informative, knowledgeable, patient, thorough, punctual and just a joy to be around. There were times I felt like I wasnt ever going to find a house because the inventory was so low and the market was so competitive, however, Karla remained positive and always reassured me that the perfect house was out there for my son and I. She was right!!! She found us the perfect home and we are so happy here. I am so grateful for her and will forever recommend her to anyone and everyone I know in search of a home. Thanks Karla!!! We love you!!!

Karla is a dream to work with! I felt like she had my back the entire time and really led us on a journey to find the perfect home. I trusted her to sell my current home and find us a new one. This is a stressful process and Karla explained each step that was necessary to capitalize on the sell and also get what we wanted in the new home. Karla is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and refreshingly honest with her clients. She took time to understand my situation and what my priorities were. She then explained her plan for my home and had clearly done the research to back it up. She kept me informed and updated through the whole process. I had a property that was a bit harder to sell - a condo, rather than single family home - and I was selling at a slower time of year. Karla priced it perfectly and it sold after just two weeks at full asking price. She is smart, confident, a great negotiator, and guided me through the process in way that alleviated any concerns I had. It was about as streamlined and easy as it could be. I will definitely be using Karla for any and all future real estate

Since I sold my house due to a work transfer, I had to interview realtors. Karla recently sold our home in Flower Mound. We have bought and sold many homes over the years and have been fortunate to work with some very good people, but none of them hold a candle to Karla. In every aspect of our listing- preparation, consulting, staging, and selling, Karla went way above and beyond.Id like to share a quick story that represents what Karla is all about. I stopped by on my way to the closing to see the house for one last time (we lived there for 19 years) and Karla was there in her dress clothes touching up the paint from the staging for the people moving in. Even though they were not her client, she wanted things to be perfect for them.An old coach one told me character is who you are when you think no one is looking. You will not find a better person or professional than Karla Renfrow to trust with your home transaction.

Karla is incredible to work with! She will stage your house perfectly.. too perfectly you don’t want to sell it!! You feel like you’re in a B&B! It’s not normal nor was it expected but my house sold in 48hours for above asking. Karla’s contact list and attention to detail will make your selling and buying experience so much easier! I highly recommend Karla and Renfrow Realty when selling your house. We looked and a few different realtors and finally chose Renfrow Realty. It was clear that Karla had our best interests in mind and not just making a quick sale. Here expertise in the industry showed through and she had a clear game plan and strategy to get us the most for our house. Karla recommended a number of upgrades to our house to maximize our profit. We took all of her advice and made a number of changes. Renfrow Realty also professionally staged our house with items they bring in - our house looked like a new build model home. On top of this they have a professional photographer they work with to take pictures that were so glamorous they could have been featured in Better Homes & Gardens. In the end, with the changes and the strategic price point set by Karla, it allowed us to get multiple offers netting us $20K over asking!!!!I highly recommend using Karla and Renfrow Realty when selling or buying your next home!!!!

Karla has helped us through 3 houses in various parts of the Dallas suburbs over the last 15 years and has always been a HUGE asset to us. She sold our last house in about 72 hours (above asking price) and then helped us find a neighborhood/area that wasnt at all on our radar that we now live in and love. Shes highly consultative and lends a great perspective to the very emotional decision of buying or selling a home; helping us see the big picture. On top of everything - shes a terrific person!

I’ve worked with many realtors over the years, and Karla Renfrow is the best. She helped me sell our house after a divorce in record time when the market was down (and at a great price), and then helped my kids and I the perfect house. She is very hands-on and one of the most dedicated, hard-working people I’ve met.
