We loved having Kari represent us when selling our home. She was honest with what we needed to update/ hide/ improve upon , and gave us a lot of great advice. Our house was on the market for maybe a day which was amazing given we had 4 children under the age of 5 at the time. Before we even listed the house officially, we had someone who wanted to view it. With 2 year old twins, I wasn’t prepared for the last minute showing. Kari came over and helped me get it ready to show, that is real dedication. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in Austin.

Kari is beyond amazing. She is not only an amazing realtor but she sets you up for success post move in. She connecting us to all of the best places to go to in our neighborhood. She truly understands the river place market. I personally like to call her the mayor so as a new mom just trying to find my place she was the perfect person to help introduce me to a lovely group of moms and point me in the right direction of further expanding my circle. We couldn’t be happier living in RP and that would not have been possible with her white glove service. I still text her today with random questions and she happily obliges. She exceeded expectations on selling our previous home and found the perfect fit house that is our forever home that wasn’t even listed. She helped us navigate out bidding multiple offers without overpaying. She is an expert and a wonderful person.
