Karen is the BEST!! She’s kind, thorough, and honest. My husband and I moved back to Tyler while I was 8 months pregnant with our first child - Karen got to work fast and helped us find the perfect home to start our family in.

Karen Efurd was an absolute joy to work with. Not only did she help us find a rental when we first moved to Tyler, but she also helped us buy our first home (after a year of searching and waiting for the perfect fit). Karen made the entire experience a breeze with her knowledge of Real Estate. As first time home buyers with unpredictable schedules and an endless amount of questions, she always did her best to accommodate our schedules and answer any questions my husband and I had along the way. We appreciate her honesty, integrity and professionalism. We are so happy with our dream home and if we had to do it all over again, we would absolutely work with Karen. Had it not been for her diligent effort and strategy, I’m not sure if we would have secured this home in a bidding war! Several years ago, my wife and I were fortunate enough to have been referred to Karen Efurd at Apex Realtors during our search for a new home in the Tyler, TX area. At the time, theres absolutely no way we could have known how truly fortunate we were! While Im certain there are many capable, kind, and competent realtors in East Texas that could have helped us, Im 100% confident Karen stands alone at the top of the list. Her knowledge of the real estate market is astonishing. Her willingness to get to know us, understand our desires, and work tirelessly to ensure we got exactly what we needed and wanted was inspiring! Im happy to say we have recommended Karen to a number of friends and family and they have all had similar experiences. If you want to hire a realtor, by all means, hire a realtor. But if you want the absolute best, the gold standard, you really must talk with Karen. On top of her remarkable professional prowess, Karen is an absolute sweetheart of a young lady.
