We used Jovanna and Jonathan to both buy a new house and sell our existing house. When searching to buy, they listened to our needs and showed us various options. Ultimately we settled on a new build in a community that they recommended to us. They were with us through every step of the build process and helped ensure that everything went smooth. When it came to selling our house, they gave us good feedback and what to improve before we listed and ensured we were aware of the current market. They worked very hard to get us as much interest as possible and negotiated in our favor with multiple buyers. We had some challenges with the inspection and they helped us get through it and were very responsive with us and the buyer to ensure we could get answers quickly. I highly recommend them and would use them again for future real estate needs. -

As a first time home buyer this was a very new and stressful process. From the first initial phone call all the way to post close Jovanna has been helpful every step of the way. We were looking for a home since July and was in a standstill with process. Jovanna stepped right in and walked us through the steps we needed to take in order for us to land our first home.Jonathan made sure that during our first walk through major issues found were addressed and even post close followed up to make sure things were still going according to process.Together they made a dream come a reality. I am so grateful for having them. Jovanna made the process smooth by answering questions in regards to inspections, documents I needed and what things I need to look for in my first walk through. -

Jovanna made the complexity of purchasing a new home simple. She was always there to answer my questions via phone calls, text messages and emails and immediately responded back. When the builder had scheduled meetings she was always there. She even met with the builder on my behalf when I couldnt arrive for the meetings and also met with me on numerous occasions to discuss everything from the builders contract, choosing the brick, carpet, kitchen and colors for the home ect... to the final walk thru. I purchased my home on a VA loan and Jovanna is very knowledgeable on all aspects of VA loans. I highly recommend Jovanna on the purchase of your new home. -

Jovanna and Jonathan helped us out during a time of need, providing an amazing level of service. We recently moved my aging dad from Frisco to the Houston area, where I live. Dad’s mind isn’t what it used to be. He needed A LOT of help planning a move, cleaning out the house (he was a bit of a hoarder …), and arranging for repairs of a number of areas that had been neglected. It was a big project, and we didn’t have any other family in the Dallas area.We called Jovanna and Jonathan early on, and they were extremely helpful during every step of the process – finding and coordinating efforts for the various service people, keeping a close eye on the property after my dad left, etc. Their service FAR exceeded the usual duties expected of a realtor. The house had an offer within a few days of listing, and my dad received his asking price! If my brother & I had had to work on these projects remotely, I doubt the house would even be on the market yet. Now, my dad can enjoy his new home, and we can help him settle in without having to worry about a house that’s a 5-hour drive away. -
