Moving from the West Coast to North Dallas was an adventure for sure- and Josh made everything smooth and delivered us great results. I simply can’t say enough good things about Josh. I first met him 5 years ago or so, at church when I was trying to start a new business. He bent over backwards to refer me business and introduce me to people that could be helpful, without any expectation in return. I started consulting him about the real estate market at least a year before we decided to list our home, and he never pressured me but just gave me great advice and his insight to the market. When we finally listed and sold our home the transaction was smooth and flawless. He and Katie Rivera worked tirelessly to find us just the right new home. We easily looked at 30-40 houses before buying, and that transaction also was perfect. I highly recommend Josh because he is an expert in his field. I don’t know where to start. Josh long is a fantastic person not just a realtor he’s a down right genuine guy. I called Mr. Long back in November wanting to know the steps of purchasing a home I had no clue on how to go about purchasing a home other than the obvious going to look and contacting a realtor.I contacted Mr. Long around 5:30 PM one evening and he gave me a few contacts to call and explain to me how this all worked and I did what he said. I made a few phone calls that night to the people he referred me to the very next day I was in front of a mortgage loan officer. I did what I was told and with in a week me and josh were running the town looking at homes. I finally found the right house for me and Josh helped me bargain and he help me set up all inspections and everything, There is a lot to buying a house there really is, when dealing with Josh and the mortgage lending company he told me to go through well let’s just say Ha it was a breeze! I cannot say enough about how easy-going that transaction was. I’ve purchased cars and had worse headaches. Josh and all his crew and the people he refers all know what they’re doing I strongly recommend them.
