Phenomenal! That’s the word that comes to mind when describing Josh Long and his team of associates. Over the past few years, Josh has represented us on both sides of the real estate coin , and his proven expertise in market trends and adaptability led to favorable results each time. Josh and his team never quit working for us behind the scenes either. They worked tirelessly to overcome any obstacles that arose. Josh is an effective communicator and patient listener, he’s tenacious, and had our best interests at heart. The thing I appreciated the most about working with Josh and his amazing team was the way they made us feel like family and top priority. Thanks for taking such great care of us Josh! You have been such a blessing to us.

Ive known Josh a short time, but I’ve found him to be extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Ive asked Josh for referrals for several home repair projects, and the people hes connected me with thus far have done excellent work. Josh seems to have taken the time to vet the professionals he refers, and I appreciate that he only recommends people he truly believes will do a good job. Ive found Josh to be a honest and reliable advisor, and I consider him someone I can count on for honest, practical advice when it comes to home repairs and improvement recommendations to prepare my house for market. I feel he has my best interests in mind. I would highly recommend him and plan to use him again in the future.

Josh Long and his team at Signature Properties were terrific to work with. They sold my house within a few days of being placed on the market at a price I was happy with. Josh took the time to really understand what my personal needs and expectations were related to listing my home.
