This was the 3rd house I have bought with Josh and I will never use another realtor if I can help it. He goes way above and beyond to make your dreams come true. We had some problems buying our newest house and it was looking like it was going to fall through and Josh was able to work with everyone involved and get the issue resolved without delaying the closing date. He is also so good at explaining any step in the process that you don’t quite understand so that you can make the best decision. If you want someone that’s going to work hard and get you what you want, Josh is your guy.

He was extremely organized and detailed throughout the entire process, making sure that we understood all of the aspects of purchasing a historic building. Josh checked in with us frequently and patiently answered all of our questions, even those that seemed insignificant.
