I had the best experience with Rico. He was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and refused to quit until I found the perfect piece of land for me and my family. He answered every call and text without hesitation, and even after everything was said and done, he kept in touch to see how things were coming along. Rico knew that I was also wanting to start my own business, and without me even having to ask, he also helped me find an off-market building for a great price to start my journey. I will definitely contact him again if I’m ever looking for another great buy, and I will most definitely be recommending him to anyone I know that’s looking.

There are no words to describe Mr. Ricos diligence finding me the home of my dreams other than the man goes above and beyond for us.
