Jose and his team went above and beyond, as a first time buyer I could honestly say everything went really smooth, from the time we went to see the house to closing it was about 4 weeks, I didn’t expect it to go that fast. I did not have to worry about anything! He asked for all my information and paperwork and took care of everything! He negotiated 20k under asking price, plus no closing costs, was able to get my earnest money back and on top of that enough credit to get me a 2 year warranty on the house! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Making sure to answer any questions we had no matter how small and was available at any time, making sure to answer back as soon as possible. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the properties we saw and very helpful when it came to finding a trustworthy inspector.
