Jonathan was an absolute God send for our family! He helped us to find our dream home and made the process so smooth and stress free. Hard to find where to begin but their agent Jonathan Jones was by far the best agent I have EVER worked with. I have purchased 15 different properties in my life and have worked with 7 different agents and Johnathan was by far the best. He was always honest in what he knew and didnt know (which is rare for a agent in my experience) and he was always able to find the answer or the solution to every issue we had along the closing process.He had a good network of people to brainstorm ideas and always had a great contractor to recommend for issues we saw in the inspection.In addition he went out of his way to go to the property himself to handle issues on the property when I was unable to be there myself. He was ALWAYS able to answer my questions/concerns within 24hrs.But the biggest asset he had was he genuinely seemed like he cared that I got the best deal possible. This ultimately resulted in us purchasing the property at $170,000 BELOW asking price. Without his aid and expertise I dont think I would of been able to get such a good deal at the end. He is worth every penny. I will definitely be using him for all my future properties I purchase in the area.If I could give him 10 stars I would.
