We recently bought a home via an owner-to-owner transaction. Initially I was not a fan of using a realtor in the process, but boy am I glad the sellers brought in John Morrison. John provided the real estate expertise we didnt realize was missing. Purchasing a house is complex and confusing, but John simplified it for us as much as possible. Though he was brought in by the sellers, I genuinely felt like John had the interests of both parties at heart and was not in it just to make a commission. He ensured both parties were protected along the way and helped us avoid potentially messy headaches in the future by ensuring the process was done legally and in compliance with all applicable laws. He made himself available to us as the buyers just as much as he did for the sellers. And we called him A LOT and asked A LOT of questions, and he patiently helped us through it, always taking time out of his busy day to address our needs.I cant thank John enough for being involved in our home buying experience. We are beyond thrilled with our new property and how smooth it all went because of him. It was also a nice touch that John gifted us with a homemade smoked brisket lunch with all the trimmings as a house warming present.
