Leslie Kiper was so amazing when it came to helping us find a place to rent. We were moving from MS, so it was hard to find a rental property barely knowing the area. We did come visit once, and she got to show us around. When we got back to MS, a house came available that we absolutely loved on a listing. She visited it for us since we were not in the area, sent us pictures/videos, and we put in an application not long after. Once we got moved in, she sent us a house warming gift of Coffee Cake (which was wonderful!). Highly recommend! She was so sweet and helped us so much in a very stressful time.🤍

07/28/23: Lindsay, Ashley, and Thomas were very kind, organized, and quick to respond to any issues I had. I purchased the property I was renting (John Chunn Realty/Property Management Associates were the property managers/listing agency for the landlord/seller), but I unfortunately got screwed out of 11 days worth of rent. I asked about the prorated rent refund at least 5 times over the course of the purchase process and was advised that I would recieve the repayment after the transaction funded. I requested the refund after funding, and I was told that the property management account had been emptied and they could not help. I find this absolutely unacceptable, as approximately $500 of rent repayment has been stolen from me. My advice is to ALWAYS get everything in writing and remember that if you are a tenant, this company works for the landlord, not you. Expect them to always side with their clients. Again, they were kind, organized, and responsive. But dont make the same mistake I did, and think that people will do the right thing. Get it in writing.08/02/23: Update! Wow. Lindsay reached out to me and indicated that even though the seller was unwilling to do a partial refund, she wanted to help in some way. She sent over a gift card with some funds on it. I really appreciate it, as this is an older home and the refunded rent was going to go towards repairs. The gift card will help with some of that. It is very appreciated. Thank You!

We’ve been clients with John Chunn Realty since 2017 and have been treated like family since day one. Lindsay is literally the best. She’s incredibly patient, professional and genuinely a delight to work with. Buying and selling a home is top tier stressful but we’ve always had peace of mind knowing that Lindsay and her team have our back. I’d recommend them (and I do) to everyone.

A great Property Management company, I have been one of their clients renting one of their properties, the attention to the rental application process was super easy and explained with care and clarity, during my tenancy had a technical issue with the AC which was address really fast, also, the staff made process of vacating the property very accommodating. Carmen Samaniego was my point of contact and she is very professional, Stellar service, highly recommended.
