When I first introduced myself, I openly admitted I stalked him in comparison to other realtors and was impressed by his photographs when listing a house (clean, clear of clutter, drone shots, and great lighting). He also has the BEST personality. People have asked me through this whole processā¦is he really that humble and genuine ? The answer is YES!!! He is a family man and a man that walks deeply in his faith always willing to pray for/with you. He knows the market quite well and is honest and realistic. His photosā¦.my friends from Chicago, Washington, and California have sent me messages impressed by. He does the best of his ability to make sure you are smiling and happy!Joey listed our first Texas home at the price we wanted. He supported us when there were small hiccups along the way and sent me encouraging/funny memes when I had anxiety. Our house was sold at precisely what we wantedā¦. way above initial value and higher in comparison to other houses listed at the time.When it came to our house build, Joey would randomly visit to check in on things for us. I just wanted to leave a quick review on the outstanding and quality service that Joey provided. My wife and I had to quickly relocate to Hawaii because of a job offer I accepted. I contacted Joey and let him know our situation. He assured us that we could leave for Hawaii and that he would take care of everything. We werenāt sure of how this would work with us being in Hawaii and trying to sell a house in Texas; but Joey made the whole process seamless. In the beginning our house was slow to sell. This was no fault of Joey. Our house was in escrow twice and both times there were problems with the buyerās financing. However, Joey kept us informed and assured us that everything would be ok. Joey & his team are amazing. We had signed a new-construction contract and used a system with the builder that would link us to a realtor to sell our existing home. We had received excuse after excuse from this realtor as to why she would be unable to visit our property, provide market data, and eventually list our home. (Keep in mind we needed to have sold our current residence by the drywall phase of the new construction house, so timing was of the essence here). As the weeks turned into months with no game plan, the realtor set up from our builder was failing us. We needed to go in a different direction. ASAP. Joey was highly recommended from a local FB group. He was able to coordinate photography, provide vital insight into the rapidly changing market, and list our house within only a few short days.
