We recently bought our 2nd home with Joelle -- and she worked magic the whole way through!First of all, Joelle is incredibly empathetic and patient -- which is what you want in a realtor. She is so easy to talk to and incredibly understanding throughout the challenging home-buying process.Joelle understood that this was a big purchase for us and that we were weighing the pros and cons of owning a 2nd home. She never made us feel silly for asking questions or for candidly sharing our fears and concerns. She heard our concerns, shared her personal opinions when we asked, and she was a great support system along the way.Moreover, Joelle not only got us our new home -- but she also got us in with an incredible package that made our transaction possible. She got the seller and the sellers agent to come down on things after they made it seem like they werent willing to work with us on price/concessions (more than once). We didnt even understand all that we were getting until it was fully explained at closing -- and our Title Agent kept saying, WOW! What an amazing deal youre getting! She was very insightful with details of each home we looked at and had our backs each painstaking step of the way to get to closing. Pro tip: use their preferred lender! I know we would’ve been in the weeds with another realtor for this home. We made the right choice going with Joelle!

Joelle was very communicative and organized throughout the whole process! She is also very detailed and pointed out little details to look at and think about when we would view homes. I also have to mention how personable and caring Joelle is as a person. The home buying process with Joelle was very easy with her in our corner, and I would highly recommend her to anybody. She really is the best of the best!We were out of the country during the close process and also lived in Houston, TX and she made multiple trips out to the property for us and took photos/videos/checked everything. Buying a home is daunting, buying a second home, more so.Further, the home we ended up buying was built in 1940 which called for special and additional considerations.Joelle, not only made our overall purchase process easy, she also helped us navigate the nuance of purchasing an older home by connecting us with specialized vendors (inspectors, tradesmen,etc), and even worked to negotiate the right deal that made this purchase even possible.She even made the multiple visits to the home during the option period to allow for the multiple inspections we needed to feel comfortable with the purchase without ever once making us feel like it was a chore.Joelle is kind, thorough, offers bespoke support, and in general, is just a joy to work with.
