THE͏ BEST OF THE BEST!Going into this homebuying process we were very overwhelmed. We didnt understand our VA benefit too much, we ESPECIALLY didnt understand the process of buying, and our nerves were really through the roof for such a big purchase since we have never bought before BUT Joe really changed that for us. He simplified the process, answered all our questions (even went out his way to find answers to some), and he was just overall a breath of fresh air that we needed. Some things I was really impressed with was how comfortable he made us feel because he made sure we knew how much he understood how overwhelming and nervewrecking this could be for first timers. Another was he always went above and beyond, there was so many times he could of just been simple with situations but he always put in that extra mile to ensure we were FULLY taken care of. I have heard so many horror stories coming into this process about how so many realtors out there basically look at you as another paycheck but Joe will never let you feel that way. He takes every person he represents and makes the whole process personal to you. We really feel very lucky to be able to have Joe represent us and we will always come to him for our realty needs. Hes going to look at your best interests, communicate with you to make sure he personalizes the experience to you, and make sure you walk out of this process with EVERYTHING you need and want and I mean EVERYTHING (even the things you dont even think about but he does because of his wealth of knowledge).
