We called Jodi on a Friday afternoon and saw a house Saturday. After viewing the home we called about we went to lunch and my sweet husband told Jodi our home would be ready for pictures, for selling, in 4 days!Well in 4 days our home was spotless, parents and teenagers hired and helped, and then expertly staged with our existing furniture by Jodi. The pictures were taken and our house went live. By the end of the first week we had the offer on our home what we accepted!Jodi proved to be a negotiator extraordinaire! She was able to negotiate a free months rent back of the home we were selling and a favorable HOA sell payment with our buyers!Now we needed a home to purchase!I proved to be a very hard sell! Jodi wasnt deterred though. We finally came across a home that was somewhat of a fit for us on paper. It was a new build in an old established area. We fell in love!Again, Jodi wowed us with her negotiating prowess, and we were under contract on the home that was to be ours!From the initial phone call to the closing on the purchase of our new home, the sell was a week prior to our purchase, the entire process was 54 days!!!Jodi was incredible guide in this process! I could not recommend her enough! She was there! She got everything done in our best interest! The process was certainly a whirl wind experience, but Id do it with Jodi again!

I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work with than Jodi! I really appreciated her responsiveness - from showing us (many) listings to providing additional information on properties to helping us with some of the quirky requests from our finance company. Her upbeat attitude was wonderful and her sense of humor helped make a sometimes stressful process a little more tolerable! When it came down to final negotiations she gave great advice and helped us get a great deal. Overall an A+ experience!

To be perfectly honest, five stars aren’t enough. For years (yes, YEARS), Jodi has been working diligently in the background - sending home valuation emails, housing availability in our parameters, market analysis videos, and even a congratulatory gift when our baby girl was born - while we considered whether to sell our home or stay put. When the time finally came , the choice was obvious - Jodi. She patiently showed us multiple listings while we shopped and narrowed down what worked and what didn’t for us. Her expertise shined in many areas - from showings to advising to the actual offer and purchase of a new property. We close tomorrow, and Jodi has exemplified the value of a GREAT realtor from start to finish. I cannot recommend her enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10!!

Fantastic experience! She kept us informed & on track through the whole sale. She at no time made us feel pressured to take any offer & presented us with the information to make the best decisions for ourselves. She was kind & patient & made sure to make the process convenient. Other than signatures & making the yes & no decisions we had nothing we actually had to do. Fully answered any questions & concerns. If you are looking for someone to help you make the decisions right for you then you should definitely give her a chance. She was transparent & honest through the whole process!

As a real estate agent, it is rare in this business to have someone on the other side that generally cares about everyone involved. Thats the perfect way to describe Jodi as she went over and above to help. She never treated any situation as them and us. She looked for ways to successfully close a deal for everyone.
