Joanie is a fantastic realtor; she helped us find the perfect subdivision, and was always there when we needed help dealing with the builder. I’m disabled and she came to my apartment to photograph and measure accommodations I needed to replicate and then walked through the house with us to make sure the builder did everything right.She’s extremely informative and responds very quickly to questions and concerns. Beyond that she has a great many contacts who helped us with buying the house and then making it our home.

Joanie Rish is one of the most outstanding persons I know and the best realtor I have ever worked with. She not only helped me sell my house in San Antonio quickly at a great price.Before we put my house on the market in SA, she thoroughly did her market research and gave me all the options and information that I needed to decide on a price. We had a plan in place with stop gap dates if we needed to alter our strategy in any way. We visited the other houses in the market to see what we were up against and again would decide if I was priced appropriately. I was very comfortable with our pricing and strategies.Before we put the house one the market, she identified, directed and coordinated the upgrade of the necessary enhancements and repairs of the interior and exterior of the overall property. She found me contractors and other vendors necessary to do this work and followed up on them to get high quality work done as quickly as possible, taking a lot of weight off my shoulders as I was busy packing for the move.She staged my home beautifully and made it look like a model home. My house looked better than it had when it was brand new. It shined brightly. Joanie had a knack of looking at the big picture and the smallest details throughout the sale to ensure nothing was overlooked. She then hired a photographer to take fantastic pictures of the entire property including overhead shots to show the entire layout. The pictures were very impressive and made my house look incredible.Once the house was on the market she followed up on every showing, ensuring that I had the house looking perfectly, and took care of the showings when I was out of town to turn lights on etc. She made it look easy.My house sold very quickly in a tough time and market, and I was able to move on to my next priorities. I highly recommend Joanie to sell any property, no matter how large or small, as she has the knowledge, skills and work ethic to sell anything put in front of her! Great job Joanie!

Joanie put in the time and effort required to find us our new to us home in Kerrville (relocated from Houston) . This happened in November 2023 it was a very difficult market inventory was really low. She was knowledgeable and passionate and super friendly to work with. Joanie is an awesomely organized real estate agent with a sound knowledge of San Antonio (and surrounding areas) real estate market! Our entire home purchase flew through without a hitch from the day we decided on it until we received the keys. Closing went perfectly (and quickly). Plus Joanie has a wealth of information on any contracted service a home buyer could need. Based on long-term experience, she knows the area and was able to hone in on exactly what we were looking for in a home. She always makes herself available when we need her and keeps in constant communication with the builder’s construction manager and sales associate. She has also provided us with many great resources, including inspectors, mortgage contacts, interim rental resources, etc. My fiancé has also used her as a realtor for several previous transactions and can’t say enough great things about her!

She found a buyer and negotiated a lease back from the buyer until my father in law could move. It was a win-win for both parties. I then asked her to represent my niece as a buyers agent.
