Jessica was great! She helped my fiancé in the past with buying and selling her old home and I heard nothing but great things about her. I met Jessica recently and she helped my buy our first home together. We found a house that we absolutely loved, saw it as soon as we could and put in an offer next day. I knew this market was crazy and honestly a little overwhelming trying to figure out location, price, financing, and all the competition! Jessica and her team consistently had all the right answers. She knew exactly how to guide me through loosing a few offers I was really excited about. Finally after a few weeks we found the perfect house in Jarrell. We made the (drastic? insane?) decision to move out of state during the global pandemic. I reached out to Jessica to ask her opinion on if it was still possible with everything going on and she assured me that the market was very good for selling in Austin and they were up to date on all new rules/guidelines with moving real estate during covid. She helped us with every single thing. What to do to the house before we listed it (and what not to bother with) How to price it so it moved quickly but to still get what we wanted out of it, etc. She hosted open houses on the weekends and followed up with every single person who came for a showing. We leaned on her for advice on when to lower the price or when to hold steady. Where we REALLY appreciated her real estate knowledge was when we got offers. This is the scary part of selling a house. She handled everything flawlessly. How to counter, how to negotiate. She had our back and we never once felt like we made the wrong choice or were uninformed. One thing she had suggested that I hadnt heard before was to do an inspection ourselves before it was under contract. This way there would be no surprises on a buyers inspection that could derail the closing and make us start over. Im very glad we did this since we wanted to be in the new house before school started. When you sell or buy a home, you want someone to not only know EVERYTHING but who genuinely shares your joy and excitement and all the emotions that come along with it. I loved this about working with Jessica. She genuinely wants whats best for her clients and goes above and beyond to get you where you need to be. Best decision we ever made. -
