I have utilized Jessica and her team on 2 home sells and 2 home buys, both excellent service and communication. Her and her team go above and beyond to ensure to help you sell and buy a home. Text, phone, or email, she will always respond in a timely manner. You never have to wonder where you are in the process or about any surprises as she is upfront about everything from the first interaction to the very last. No detail is left to question. Full service does not even come close to the experience you receive from Jessica and her know. In addition, her knowledge on the market is exceptional to the say the least. She is honest with how much your home is worth and how much you could receive for it and even when looking to buy a home she is honest about how much it is worth. I would and DO recommend Jessica and her team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

She has this perfect blend of respect and professionalism with her client(s), balanced with expertise of the market, hustle and stellar negotiating skills! She represented us as buyers and helped us tailer our offer to win out in a multiple offer situation without having the highest bid! She knew exactly what was most important to the particular seller we were working with and guided us in our approach. We closed on our home last week and I have no doubt it was because of her expertise in this process! What a blessing she was to work with! Jessica was great from the start. She was ready and will to show me houses at a moments notice, knowing my work hours. She let me walk about the houses and asked me what I thought and then let me now what her thoughts were, she showed me pre-owned and new. After I made my selection she was in constant contact and referred me to house inspector who were also extremely helpful and informative. Reminded me at what stage to do things and also made sure that what others were suppose to do was being done. I think I would have been lost without her, especially hearing from friends who have gone with other agents and are still looking for a house. In my personal opinion Jessica is a total Rock Star. Hiring Jessica would be one of the best decisions you can make in this process.

Let me tell you about Jessica: she is amazing. She is extremely friendly, personable, easy to get in touch with, and absolutely motivated. When I first spoke with her about selling my house, she came and met with me and we discussed some things about my house that I could do to make it more marketable. But everything we talked about was reasonable. She didnt say anything like YOU MUST DO THIS, but she gave recommendations from practically no budget to more budget to improve the sale of my home. Not only that, but she had a professional photographer take pictures of my home AFTER she had a professional come and work with me for a few hours to perfectly pose my home to put its best face forward. I remained flexible and open minded. My house went on the market on a Friday, she did an open house on that Sunday, and by Monday morning I had received MULTIPLE offers and basically had to choose from which offer posed the most solid, trustworthy deal for me. She was quick to keep in touch with my buyers and everything went off without a hitch. Because she protected me from step one to closing. She made sure I was covered from so many aspects, that my deal was a solid one, that going into such a big plan was with as much guarantee and promise as she could give me. Shes got your back. She wants you to have the most amazing house selling experience ever. And I just cannot say enough about how smooth and perfect everything was.

Jessica is a very dedicated and energetic realtor. She will always respond to your questions quickly and so you will completely understand. The forms (1000s it seems like) are reliably sent and filed by her right arm assistant, Rachel. The only negatives I have were that I closed alone without either of them representing me (fine since all forms were sent prior-but I thought that was part of the contract and the forms had a change and redone at closing) and my feelings/confidence in sale were hurt because she did not do my open house and I feel she could have explained the property better and be better heard. Overall, however, she is an excellent realtor and I would recommend het.
