Jessica is absolutely the best in town! Not only because she is my friend but because she is truly good at what she does.. Real estate! Our journey with Jess began when she took over our listing and sold our old house in less than a week! We were incredibly surprised since we had previously list it; and there was no activity. Jessica was great when we were looking for a house in 2018. I remember we drove around to different neighborhoods until we found the one. She did everything to get us the house we needed and made sure reports and inspections were done and reviewed for anything that needed to be corrected. We are very pleased for how she helped us get what we wanted and at a great price. She continues to help us in any future questions regarding homes and real estate.

Jessica Moreno is absolutely the best agent I ever work with in Houston, Texas. Jessica values her work as a realtor as well as my individual needs. She was very professional and did a phenomenal job at updating me regularly, and made the showing, and negotiation and closing phases seem easy. In my neighborhood, home sales record can take about at least 1 month. She is the second agent in my neighborhood that manage to sell it in less than 2 weeks. At first I went to OpenDoor and she did not even offer her service to me. She gave me the facts and comparison. I never regret working with her instead of OpenDoor.
