Jessica has been my agent on both my purchase and later sale of an expensive second home on Tiki Island. She did a great job on both sides of the two separate transactions. The listing occurred during a time when interest rates were increasing, which made the sale difficult and time-consuming. While the house was on the market, Jessica kept me up to date on the market and also kept the house looking good for potential buyers. It took us almost a year to get the house sold, but I am confident that the eventual sale was at market. Kudos to Jessica!

We met Jessica at an open house while looking for a weekend place on the west end of Galveston. Such a bright personality! Although we didnt make an offer on that place, we did get her to show us several other homes, but none met our expectations. I reached out again when I saw another home we were considering looking at and she sent me some information I had wanted. Before looking at the home, I checked on insurance to see what total annual costs with taxes and insurance would be, and...that sealed the deal that we would not be purchasing a weekend home at this point. Insurance has skyrocketed and for such a tiny home seemed unreasonable. None of this a reflection on Jessica though! IF we are ever in the market again when things settle down, Jessica will be who we call.

We were looking to move away from all the hustle and bustle of the big city to something more relaxed, and for my particular appetite - something rich with history. Jumping in with both feet, I idled in front of a 1900 Storm Survivor on the East End and called the number on the sign. Speaking with Jessica for the first time was like talking with an old friend. She told me about herself, and she shared with me her enthusiasm for Galveston. Over time, we made regular treks to the island to meet with Jessica to see various historic homes. Jessica is the perfect advocate for the island, cheering the island’s survival and perseverance through what makes Galveston unique - the Gulf. Her knowledge of the island’s unique real estate market plus her keen eye for prospective homes made the home buying experience that much easier for us. Her friendliness and personalityis disarming, and we welcomed her unique knowledge and exposure to construction standards. After weeks of searching, Jessica put us into a home perfectly suited for us and uniquely located to offer the best the island has to offer. In our opinion, Jessica adds a new dimension to the home buying experience - partnership. We have used Jessica twice in the past 2 years, and have been thoroughly impressed both times.When we were looking to purchase a vacation home in Galveston, she was very patient and readily available to show us houses. She worked diligently on negotiating an offer for us and answered all of our questions promptly and efficiently. She even brought in her husband (who owns a construction business) to help us determine an estimate on renovation costs and provide some contractor referrals.Fast forward a little bit, and we decided it was time to sell our investment. Jessica had an amazing photographer come out to take professional pictures and video footage of our house, published it on social media and local magazines, and held 2 open houses. Even with the declining real estate market, we were able to sell our house for a nice profit.Jessica was a pleasure to work with, and we would definitely consider her again if we decide to buy or sell.

We met Jessica at an open house and knew right away that she was who we wanted to work with to find our perfect beach house. Shes so knowledgable and kind. We were doing a 1031 so time was of the essence. She worked with our busy schedules, giving up tons of her time to tour homes on our behalf, and sending videos of the homes for us to see. She also gave us an excellent description of each home, and what pros/cons were. This was above and beyond. When we viewed homes in person, she was extremely organized and gave us her entire day. She has a lot of coastal building knowledge, which was icing on the cake. After we ended up pulling an offer and going with a second house, she was helpful with that too. She has continued to help us even after the closing, and we couldnt be more grateful. When we buy/sell in Galveston, it will be Jessica that we call.
