Jessica helped us find a condo near UT for our son. We live in Houston and dont know Austin area. She arranged for us to see 7 properties very quickly and from that there were many good choices. After the sale we relied on her to give us references for AC maintenance, painting and carpet cleaning. All were fantastic references. We love the condo and couldnt be happier. THANK YOU JESSICA!!!

Jessica was truly a life saver! We had a last minute change to our son’s housing at UT very late in the game and were panicked. Within 24 hours, Jessica provided 6 options in West Campus within our price range. Anyone with kids at UT knows this is a true miracle! Since we were out of town she toured the sites for us and video called us so we could view live and then met us again when we could tour in person. It was truly VIP service, above and beyond, like family! She’s very professional, personable, and knows her stuff. Recommend 100%.

I had a great experience buying a home with Jessica. My family and I went through the purchasing process while living in Dallas, and Jessica went out of her way to tour properties and send videos when we couldn’t make it to Austin. With us knowing so little about the area, it was a huge help to have someone that was knowledgeable and willing to tell us the pros and cons of each location. Throughout the entire process, we felt that Jessica was genuine and had our best interest at heart. Jessica coordinated with me and my parents (all who had different requirements and preferences) to ultimately find me the perfect home!

When the house Id been after for almost two years went on the market again, I knew it was meant to be. However, I didnt know how things would play out in terms of showings, signings, etc. Strub, and especially my realtor Jessica, made this process completely seamless. Jessica helped me navigate the process by making accommodations wherever she could: virtual showings, recorded walkthroughs, constant communication, you name it! The latter was especially useful in coordinating with the owners who lived out of country, and were initially hesitant to close.
