My husband and I were extremely pleased with Jesse as our realtor. He surpassedall our expectations and made the whole process go smoothly. (Honestly the best realtor we’ve had in buying homes!) He was diligent taking all our questions and getting back to us quickly. He’s a great communicator and kept us up to speed every step of the way. Jesse is very knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. We felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend him to all who are looking for a realtor who exceeds above the rest for his clients!

Jesse asked me at lunch today after we closed on our house; “What do you feel I could improve on now that we’ve completed the process together?” I had our every interaction for the last six weeks rolling through my memory and realized, “There’s nothing that you could have done better. I’m not just saying that to stroke your ego, but at every step of the way even if we had to learn something new, you taught us and we moved forward understanding what was happening and why. The few inconveniences or headaches that arose, weren’t because of you they were corrected or made right by you.” So he did such a good job he deprived me of providing any critical feedback.This story is definitely the highlight of our experience with Jesse:Jesse and his wife had been taking our family house hunting on a Saturday. Right before we went our separate ways he was telling me that he wanted to get some extra information from one of the sellers. So fast forward one hour and I get a call from Jesse. He tells me he’s finally heading home from the tire shop. I said “So you went to get tires right after we left?” He says, “No I had a flat on NW 410, put a spare on, and then went to the tire shop for a new tire but that’s not why I’m calling. I’m calling because I contacted that sellers agent and good news …blah blah etc.,” So I’m picturing this man changing his flat on the interstate while simultaneously calling, e-mailing, docu-signing (thank God and Steve Jobs for AirPods) and being on the phone with me with good news all within an hour. Cool under fire. Respect. Ours was a VA Home Loan, single family, primary residence, nothing fancy. Jesse takes being your agent very seriously though. There were times the first few days I expected him to kick back after 5pm and he’d text me at 10 that he had made progress by accomplishing x or y. After a few days I realized this man considers himself on the clock for you until the close. Jesse brings good energy, motivation, and solutions at crucial points. We were blessed to have his guidance and support.

Because of the higher interest rates, I was concerned that our home wouldnt sell. Jesse was able to sell our home for more than we expected in less than a week! We couldnt have picked a more talented Realtor. He was so in point and kept me up to speed on every step of the process. Most of all, he was encouraging. I would call him a glass is half full kind of person. Thank you Jesse.

I used Jesse Priest to find a rental on the fast! He worked overtime and mapped several locations within days. Jesse worked with our schedules and budget and met us after hours late into the evening. We were in a pinch to secure something as newlyweds and his concerns and patience paid off. Without a doubt, Jesse performed above and beyond to treat us with urgency and care and was diligent on our needs. He will be our lifelong real estate agent! Amazing job!

This man walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. Buying a home on my own felt like going to court without an attorney. I had no idea what I was getting into, and I have to admit I was a little scared. Jesse gave me so much confidence in myself that my fear left and I had peace. From going through all of the contracts and paperwork to doing all of the steps in the right order, Jesse always had a plan. When a problem came up, he was always ready with at least 2 solutions right away. I could tell that I was being helped by someone who has done this many times over. I now feel safe in my new home. Jesse, thank you for being not only a great Realtor but a friend.
