When we moved to Texas after living in Ohio, we bought a house from Hye-su. When the COVID-19 pandemic was at its peak, my husband visited over a 3-day weekend to select a house and make an offer. Even though we contacted him on a tight schedule, Hye-soo scheduled everything so that we could see 5-7 houses a day to suit our situation, needs, and tastes. They let us find the house we liked, and let us see the house we liked 2-3 more times before returning to Ohio. They have a lot of information not only about houses, but also about work, commute, neighborhood, childrens schools, amenities, etc., so we received a lot of help in choosing a neighborhood and a house. (Hyesu found out about things she didnt know through her acquaintances and connections, which was really helpful). Even after we made an offer on the house, they took care of all the documents, house inspection, closing, etc. even though we were not in the neighborhood, so we were able to safely buy the house and move to Texas. In the new neighborhood I was moving into, I barely knew anyone other than my co-workers, but I received a lot of help from Hye-su about buying a house and adjusting to the new neighborhood. In all the time weve been in contact and talking with each other, Ive never had a realtor make me feel so comfortable (we were buying a new home). I highly recommend it~
