Im a first time home buyer who has been on-and-off looking for a house in Austin for around 5 years until the time (and my savings) was right. Jennipher was extremely helpful the whole time, giving me and my husband invaluable advice. Shes extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I love that she will tell it as it is, giving much needed advice when she notices things that may be issues before they become a problem. She always had our back, checking over all documents closely to make sure everything was correct, and contacting whoever was concerned to have issues fixed immediately. Her communication is great, and she was always available when needed, responding quickly. I highly recommend Jennipher, shes been a wonderful realtor!

I have been working with Jennipher for about a year and a half now. She initially helped me locate a rental property when moving from out of state to Austin. I had a dog and two cats at the time and was so worried it would be an issue. However she found me a great spot. Just recently she helped me find the perfect home to purchase. She is lovely to work with and made the process very easy. She kept in contact with my mortgage company to make sure things went smooth. She sent out reminders and information about key tasks to help keep things on track. She still follows up to see how things are going. I am very grateful to Jennipher for all her help.
