I have bought and sold a lot of houses over the years. I have had many realtors, but none of them have been as fabulous as Jennifer has been. From having our best interest in mind, recommending and showing us houses that fit our criteria and budget.. this has been the best Home experience buying ever from negotiating the initial price to the sale price to lining up the inspectors and working with our lender as well. If you are looking for a full service attention to detail, then Jennifer is your gal.. her knowledge of the current market, whether you are buying or selling she also made recommendations for us on our home that we sold…I highly highly recommend Jennifer!!

Jennifer was super professional and hands-on with advice on how to prepare my house for sale, & on how to stage my house for the listing pictures. She was checking in regularly, communicating details and answering questions I had at every step of the process. I felt very supported along the way! It was a great experience. my house was under contract in less than 72 hours. Very grateful to have had her as my realtor.I only wish I had had her as my realtor on the house I bought five hours away. No comparison between the two. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone selling or buying their home.

I used Jennifer Newton twice, once to find and purchase a home and again to sell my existing home. She was terrific for both purposes.As a buyers agent, she listened carefully to what we told her we were looking for, then showed us homes that matched our criteria. She was always prompt and well informed about each property. Making an offer and closing the sale was easy, as she walked us through each step. Anything we had to do was communicated clearly and followed up upon.As a sellers agent, she was most helpful. She assisted me in determining a good selling price not just by showing me comparable home prices, but by taking into account all the special features of my home. Jennifer used an outstanding photographer to feature my home in a way that set it apart from others. She created a very thorough listing for the MLS, sent out post cards and had printed the most unique and eye-catching flier I have ever seen of a home.While my home was on the market, Jennifer was kind enough to take care of a minor problem in the house while we were away on vacation. Thats above and beyond service!Within a relatively short period of time, I had an offer on my home that was beyond my expectations, thanks to all of Jennifers efforts on my behalf.On top of all that, Jennifer is a delightful person! She was so easy and pleasant to work with. I recommend her highly!

We are so thankful and happy that we found Jennifer. This was our twenty-first move, so weve had many different Real Estate agents in many different cities, but none of them were as professional, competent and as sensitive to our needs as Jennifer. She marketed the property aggressively with photos, descriptions and staging as necessary. She showed us what we needed to improve or repair to get the most for the sale and even provided a list of contractors she trusted. The result is that we sold the house at full asking price in a shorter time than other similar properties in our area were experiencing. We highly recommend Jennifer Newton. You wont be disappointed!

This is my fourth time working with Jennifer as both a buyer and a seller. She was my realtor in my home town in central Texas. When it was time to list my Liberty Hill home, I called on her again. I wasnt sure what the market would bear or whether the time was right to sell and I was waffling about it. Jennifer and I were thinking almost the very same thing regarding my selling price. When I got a little impatient and thought of lowering the price, she encouraged me to stay the course. Sometimes you need someone more tempered and logical than you are, especially if you feel emotional about your home, and I did.If Jennifer is your agent, you can be comfortable that she is FOR you. She is a seasoned professional throughout the whole process and kept me updated at every step. Turns out selling my house in June 2023 was a good decision for me and for that (and for Jennifer) I am thankful.
