Jennifer was by our side all the way through the process. We didn’t know a lot about selling a home. Jennifer patiently helped us understand each detail that had to be completed and she communicated with me daily giving feedback regarding showings and open house events. We weren’t the highest offer but Jennifer knew other ways to make our offer competitive and was great about reaching out to the seller’s agent and forming a good relationship with them so they would want to work with us. We could not have done it without her!Additionally, Jennifer was proactive in reaching out with houses for us to look at and flexible with our schedule when we had a list of houses we wanted to see. When we did go to showings, she was diligent about helping us look for potential foundation issues or repairs we would need to make to the house if we bought it. Working the Jennifer has been the best real estate experience I ever had.Since the beginning Jennifer was very understanding of our needs and she always went beyond of anyones expectations. First, she was referred to us, just to have someone in the Dallas Metro Area to help me with our unexpected moving to the area. Usually, Jennifer only does personal property sales, not rentals, but because she understood we only needed was a rental place to start here, she helped us find a rental property.
