Jeff was recommended to me as a Realtor by my financial advisor. On June 9, 2022, he began the Project Management for renovation of my home that was built in 2000.Through Jeffs expertise and attention to detail, he updated my home to 2022 standards of lighting, design, paint, hardware and electric. The finished product looked fantastic. On August 26th the home went on the market and we had bids by August 30th. It was a lot of work and attention to detail to get it to that state and Jeff, along with the contractor, worked with focus and purpose. They did such a great job, the home had an offer after three days on the market. We closed shortly thereafter.Highly recommend Jeff to manage your home renovation and/or sale. It will be well worth your time consulting with Jeff and utilizing his renovation expertise and market knowledge.

Jeff is a real professional. He handled everything, helped us know what improvements we needed to make and what we didnt. Once it was listed he ran the open house, and organized all the bids and kept us informed of every step along the way. I would definately recommend Jeff!
