    Javier was extremely attentive and supportive throughout the whole process. Always responsive no matter the time. He was willing to always maintain multiple contacts and leads for homes , and would always give us an honest opinion when we would have multiple inquiries on homes. This is definitely a guy you want on your team!

    Couldn’t recommend Javier enough to anyone looking to invest in a home! He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, available to answer any questions or find the answer, and was by our side every step of the way during our first home buying experience.     After living in North Austin for 10 years, I finally decided to move downtown and rent an apartment in the center of all the bustling city activity. For a while, I was looking on my own and just getting stuck/overwhelmed with options and also a unique job circumstance. On a Friday, I texted my friends asking if they knew a good leasing agent, I was sent Javier‘s phone number, I texted him right away, he responded within a half hour and over the weekend we discussed my situation and what I was looking for. I googled his name and company to make sure he was legit, and by Monday he gave me a tour of 5 different apartments downtown, which were all within my budget. I fell in love with one, I told him I was ready to move within the week, he negotiated the price down for me, and I signed a lease on Wednesday to move in the following Sunday. Start to finish in 9 days thanks to Javi’s help. He’s personable and I will definitely be reaching out in the future if/when I move next!
